My team was tasked with redesigning the global site for Chevron’s Havoline brand by creating an engaging and actionable site experience for Havoline.com. While shaping the brand’s voice in the digital space, we worked to create utilities and content for a diversified set of targets including current and prospective business owners, DIY consumers and consumers with a “Do-it-for-me” mindset.
Working in an agile collaboration with an Art Director, we created a nimble site that elevates useful tools and relevant content for the various Havoline consumers. We designed for the assorted content scenarios that we anticipated across the different regions.
We were challenged by the minimal and disparate brand content throughout the site. We chose to bring these pieces of the story together in an immersive parallax experience that shows the user Havoline’s unique formula and science.
Havoline’s product sets vary by region, so we designed the product navigation to accommodate for each scenario.
We designed flexible modules and components throughout the site to allow the regions to author their content in a way best suited for their specific audiences.
